ROOTED HOMES SEEKS HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM COORDINATOR

The Homeownership Program Coordinator will be part of the RootedHomes Homeownership Department. They will support prospective homebuyers during all steps of the homebuying process with RootedHomes - from first point of contact to stewardship. Primary responsibilities include engaging with clients; providing accurate and organized documentation of the homeowner closing process during due diligence; formation and transition into the Homeowners Association; and stewardship through warranty claims and home resales. This role is a relationship-based role that requires genuine, strong communication with prospective homebuyers and RootedHomes homeowners. Having knowledge of the real estate closing transaction process will assist the organization in a smooth transition of its homebuyers.
