Registration Open for NWCLTC 2019 Gathering
Join us for another year of education, comradery, professional development and technical assistance for community land trust organizations and affiliated partners. Our venue has
changed: We will gather at The Hilton Garden Inn North Seattle in Mukilteo, Washington, hosted by Homes and Hope CLT.
This year’s gathering will feature sessions on succession planning, new HOA Law in Washington (national model), working with community foundations, neighborhood design, prefabricated homes and much more! With the inclusion of experts from State Housing Finance Agency Commissions, the HUD Region 10, an expanded lenders panel, as well as the return of the famous bocce ball tournament, this year’s gathering is one you don’t want to miss!

Monday, May 13th
1:30-4:30 pm "Grounding the Investment: Working with CLTs in Your Community." .Open to anyone new to community land trusts and wanting to learn more. Ideal for startup CLT's or public or private entities looking to partner with CLT's in their community. This event is $25 for non-members and free for NWCLTC Members.
4:30-8:30pm - Opening reception with welcome address from Edmonds Mayor Dave Earling including dinner & live music at Edmonds Yacht Club
Tuesday May 14th
Workshops 9:15 am to Noon; and 1:15 to 4:30 pm
Lunch and Annual Meeting 12:15 to 1:15 pm
Dinner and bocce ball tournament
Wednesday May 15th

Scholarships
Scholarships of up to $500 are available to members of the NWCLT Coalition. Deadline to submit a scholarship request is March 28th, 2019. To apply fill out a scholarship application. form.
