Join us for another year of education, comradery, professional development and technical assistance for community land trust organizations and affiliated partners.

This year’s event will be held at Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine, WA and is hosted by Kulshan Community Land Trust. The Gathering starts at 1 PM on May 2.

This year, the last in-person meeting of the Home Futures Institute will take place May 1 & 2, immediately preceding The Gathering.

This year’s Gathering, hosted by Kulshan CLT, will be at Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine, WA, and will feature sessions such as History of CLTs, Disaster Preparedness and Planning; Staffing, Growth & Succession Planning; Lenders' Panel; Storytelling and more! With these great sessions, a beautiful seaside setting, and our famous bocce ball tournament, you don’t want to miss the 2023 Gathering! The hybrid format accommodates anyone who would like to join us from the comfort of their own home or office.
